It's true! I closed on another new home about a month ago, another pre-sell home closed yesterday, and I recently put our last new construction under contract! Cypress Corner is THE most desireable new community in Beaufort County... beautiful, safe, friendly, convenient, affordable... and, property owners have access to the water at the community boat ramp.
